- Next 22 years with a global software development and recruitment company spanning the US and India — 6+ years in the US on business development, account management, recruitment and operations, then 16 years in India as Country Head of Business.
- 6 years in the EdTech domain, spanning BridgeLabz as Head of Customer Success / Head of Lateral Business (2019–2022) and vFactor's own training and EdTech operations (2022–present) — enrollment operations, student and college counseling, career guidance seminars and orientations, and lateral hiring for tech talent.
- Procured, architected and delivered offshore software projects built in Chennai, including a blood bank product, a recruitment portal and an event management platform.
- Ran domestic recruitment, software development delivery, and US and Australian staffing markets simultaneously.
