Terms of use
These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for a paid engagement — that is agreed separately in writing. By browsing this site or sending anything through a form on it, you accept the terms below.
Who you are dealing with
vFactor Solutions, a recruitment outsourcing and lead-generation practice based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "vFactor" mean vFactor Solutions, and "you" means anyone using this site. Questions about these terms go to vijay@vfactorsolutions.com.
What this site is
This site describes our services and gives you a way to reach us. Everything on it is general information about how we work. It is not an offer of employment, an offer to supply services on any particular terms, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first.
If you are a candidate
- Sending your profile does not create a contract, an application to a named employer, or any promise of an interview or a job.
- You confirm the details you send are true, are yours to send, and that you are legally entitled to work in the country where you are seeking a role.
- We never charge candidates. Anyone asking you for a fee in our name is not acting for us — tell us immediately.
- Your profile goes to a prospective employer only after you have agreed to that specific role, as set out in the privacy notice.
- Do not send confidential material belonging to a current or former employer.
If you are a client
- Fees, notice periods, replacement or rebate terms, exclusivity and ownership of any data we build are agreed in a separate written engagement. Nothing on this site changes an agreement already signed.
- Hiring decisions, offers, background checks and employment terms remain yours. We source, screen and shortlist; we do not employ the candidates we introduce.
- Lead-generation data is compiled to the specification you give us. You are responsible for using it lawfully, including under the marketing and data-protection rules that apply to you.
Reviews you submit
A review you send through this site is published only with your consent, and we may edit it for length or clarity without changing its meaning. You confirm the review is your own honest experience. You can withdraw consent at any time and we will take it down. We may decline to publish anything.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or third-party details without that person's permission.
- Do not use the forms or published contact addresses for bulk mail, recruitment spam or sales prospecting.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish material from this site for a competing service.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain access to anything not intended to be public.
Our material
The text, design, layout, graphics and logo on this site belong to vFactor Solutions. You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organisation's internal use. Anything beyond that needs our written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — for example to LinkedIn, or to a form processor — those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Availability and accuracy
We keep this site accurate and up to date as best we can, but it is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind. Statistics, timelines and outcomes described here are indicative, not guarantees. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. Form submissions travel through a third-party processor and, rarely, may not arrive — if a message matters, email or call us as well.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. Analytics on this site load only if you allow them, and no advertising or tracking cookies are set.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes with them, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this site.
